We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, with great beds and bedding. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a heated pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with tips and recommendations.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel is located in a peaceful and natural environment, with beautiful green surroundings. the rooms are comfortable, with great beds and very clean bathrooms. the staff, although small, is lovely and helpful. the hotel has some nice facilities like a small sauna, indoor/outdoor pool, jacuzzi area, and a cute wellness area.
The breakfast options are limited.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of healthy options. the impeccable attention to detail throughout the hotel added to the overall experience. the location was perfect for my business trip, just a short drive from the heart of the city and with easy access to major highways. the hotel's amenities, including the indoor pool and spa, made for a relaxing stay.
That the staff seemed understaffed and sometimes unavailable, which made it difficult to get information or assistance in a timely manner. the restaurant was not always open, which limited dining options.

The hotel was located in a picturesque spot with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, which were especially lovely at Christmas time. Additionally, they had a cozy lobby with a fireplace, perfect for snuggling up with a book or a cup of cocoa. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.
Our stay was marred by a few disappointing aspects. Firstly, the heating in our room was not working properly and it was freezing at night. Secondly, the restaurant was closed for renovations during our stay and there was nowhere nearby to eat, so we were forced to drive a long distance to find a decent meal. Finally, the Wi-Fi was extremely slow and kept cutting out, which made it difficult to stay connected and plan our activities. it was an underwhelming experience and not worth the cost.
